Hello
See service manual link below. If you cannot get the the unit into the diagnostic mode the control board needs to be replaced. Please verify again in the service manual link below you are correctly entering it into the diagnostics before purchasing the board.

You are not getting power to the water valve for the dispenser or ice maker valve or both? Is the door open light lit up on the display with the doors closed? If so you could have a door switch issue. Also a bad crisper LED assy will cause this. P# W11048824. The User interface sends the signal to the main control, then the main control sends power to the valves, so either of these coughing be faulty, or wiring. Start by checking door switches and check to see if the crisper LED is working and lighting up properly. I have attached the tech sheet for you. You can run diagnostic tests to check door switches and much more.

Hello
Range with an F5 error is in most cases a Relay Board issue. See the complete service manual for diagnostics.

In reply to: Clicking Noise

Hi. Sorry, we do not have an option at this time to speak with a technician. Is the compressor not running and clicking? If so, and you have already replaced the relay then the compressor is faulty and would need replaced.

In reply to: Transmission Oil

Hi. I have been told that these transmissions were overfilled with oil and the extra could leak out. I would replaced the belt and clean up every thing else. If the oil has damaged anything else replace those parts. On all other washers if oil leaks the transmission would need replaced. If this unit is loud in spin or having transmission issues then replace the transmission. I Can’t tell you that the next one won’t leak as well though. I have attached a repair video for the transmission. It was the only one I could locate at this time.

Hello, there are 5 roller assemblies on this dryer. The part # for these rollers is 4581EL2002E. You could also have a bad idler assembly. The part # for that is 4560EL3001A. I have attached a video of your dryer with the breakdown for you to reference. On the bottom of the page there should also be other videos you can scroll through for many other repairs on your dryer as well.

Hello
Did the compressor start after replacing the inverter board? Go to page #144 in the troubleshooting link below. This will help you diagnose the compressor operation. If the compressor is running you will need to access the freezer evaporator to see if you have an even frost pattern across the evaporator coil. If you have no frost or partial frost pattern then you have a refrigerant leak that needs to be repaired. See all manual links below.

Hi. That’s strange that the fans and board did not take care of the issue. The only thing left would be a strange voltage or wiring issue. If those fans have hall sensors built into them then there shouldn’t be an air switch which would be located under the lower trim panel. I have attached the service manual for you. Hopefully it helps. It dose not talk about the error code but does go into depth about the fan motor operation.

Rickey
The noise sounds like it was coming from the evaporator fan motor hitting an ice build up on the evaporator coil. You may have a part of your defrost system out causing an ice build up on the evaporator coil. Look at page #8 in the link below for the defrost system parts locations . Then go to page #21 for trouble shooting diagnostics.

Hello
See the link to the service manual link below. Troubleshooting for your issue is on page #97. This will take you step by step through a flow chart.

Hello
I would start with the self diagnostics test on page #91 in the service manual link below. This should pinpoint the area or component that is not functioning correctly. The #83 & 84 error is a compressor current and stall error – you cold have a defective inverter PCB issue. You will need to make sure you have proper 115 volts to the PCB input voltage. If you have 115-120 volts in you cold have an inverter internal issue and will need to replace it if all compressor connections are good. There is also a troubleshooting flow chart on page #109 that will walk you through step by step diagnostics. I have also provided Disassembly & Reassembly , Training manual, Schematic Diagram. Hope this helps.

Hello
See complete diagnostics manual for the Sub-Zero 600 series through the 690.
1) Do you have 115 volts to the compressor relay.
2) If not you may have an open thermostat / temperature control.
3) If 1-2 are not the issue go the control board for diagnostics in the manual, you may have a defective control board not sending 115 volts to the compressor relay.

Hello
The 3C1 Error happens when the the main board receives an error code from the circulation pump, if this error code happens 11- times it will turn off and lock out the motor or lock for 5- minutes. This senses the RPM target of 2600rpm ( revolutions per minute ). If its below 2400rpm it will shut down. You could have a few possibilities.
1) something stuck in the pump.
2) A defective pump.
3) The Main PBA defective.
4) The inverter PBA defective.
