Unfortunately we do not sell any parts at all but if you go to Sears parts direct.com they have schematics and parts breakdowns on their website for your model number. They also have drop shipping direct to consumer. It’s your best route to go for parts.

See the service manual link Below. The drain pump diagnostics are on page #18 and #19 in the service manual link. Your second question is on the dv448gp/xaa. We normally start with the drum roller kit. The drum rollers are sealed bearings and are very common to make noise when they wear out. I would start there if its making noise.

See the service manual link below. If you have water and are not dispensing ice, you may have a defective auger motor. The auger motor is what turns the shaft in you ice bin to push the ice out. See page #46 in the service manual section 4.6 for auger motor details.

Hi. If you installed the relay combo, p# WR07X10131 and the compressor is still not starting then your compressor is faulty and would need to be replaced. As long as your getting proper voltage to the compressor that is. Compressor replacement takes special tools and skills and is usually performed by a certified technician.

You are correct. You only have one evaporator fan motor. Check the evaporator to make sure there is not a heavy frost build up. If there is a heavy frost build up. You may have a part of your defrost system not functioning. See manual links below.
