Can you help me with the software rewriter I’m doing a compressor replacement and I have a new electronic board and it won’t take the update.

Have you called you local parts distributor ? The new compressor and control board need to match. You sold not need to update the software if the board ii the correct one that sinks up with the new compressor. Did you look in the compressor box to see if there were instructions for the new board ?

Yes, the compressor has instructions indicating that a software update is necessary . I have the new compressor which needs the update , I have the rewriting tool part number CJ30000002. I follow instruction to update the Pcb it failed to do update, then I got a new pcb try the update and it failed. Called part provider and there is no pcb and compressor that come together and don’t need update.
