Hi Brian, The only error code is just the pan detection one. Our pans have worked for a couple years without any issues. I’ll look at the service manual. I think it might be the sensor or the element itself. Only a very thin kettle works. I watched the video on the element replacement but I’m not sure where to get the part.
  • Hi. From doing some more digging around I found that the issue seems to be in the control boards. There may be a fuse on one of the boards that is replaceable. It does not show or talk about any fuses that i have found. Something would have caused this fuse to go bad. Will you check your model number again. I am having difficulties looking it up.

I just checked the model number again and it is correct Fe-N300WX. Do you know where the fuse is located?

I took the back panel off and found a replaceable fuse. It is a 250v 20amp fuse and I think it might be the culprit. I’m going to see if I can find a replacement and I’ll let you know.
  • Absolutely that could be the issue. Please let us know

Hi Brian, I replaced the fuse and it unfortunately it didn’t help. I’m going to replace the Inverter Assy Module next. In the service manual it says to replace the Inverter Assy Module or Assy touch PCB . I don’t think it can be the touch PCB because the digital touch screen and buttons all work fine and the element does work for the kettle. The Assy Inverter Module part number is DG96-00171A. I’m going to call the Samsung parts line tomorrow and see how much they cost.
