Hello Brian, Here is the reply to your questions and I tried to follow the reply sequence according to your questions. 1. I don’t know how to run a test cycle? If you can please furnish me the steps to run the test cycle for water intake. 2. Yes, the washer is working normally other than not letting any water in. 3. Yes, it tumbles, drains and spins. 3. Yes, the door lock is working fine. 4. I tried different cycles. It is getting water in on some other cycles such as Delicate/HandWash and Sanitize but gets in no water at Normal and Heavy Duty cycles. Thanks and Please advise,
  • The quick test mode is in the tech sheet I attached for you. Hopefully this model works the same as yours. Here are the steps for the quick test cycle, where you can test the water valves. Quick Test Mode:Note: This test erases all faults and memory:To enter press Soil, Signal, & Power simultaneously with the power off. 1. All LED’s light up and the washer beeps as it enters the Quick Test Mode. 2. The unit displays the software version. 3. After the displaying the software version, turn Jog dial CCW until version disappears. Press Spin to test Door Lock/Unlock circuit.Press Temp Key (with door locked) to cycle through the Water Valves circuit test in this order: Pre, Bleach, Cold Main, Hot, Steam then off. Press Soil Key to test the Heater Press Signal Key to test the Pump IF your valves are working on some cycles and not others, and you replaced the control and it did the same thing, maybe the issue is in the User interface. We know that the valves work and let water in on some cycles, and that the board was not the issue. It would be helpful if the unit would give us an error code to work from.

Hello Brian. Thanks for your response. I followed your instructions(Very Easy to Follow) and completed the test cycle. Here is the outcome of the test: 1.I cycled through Water Valve Circuit by pressing “TEMP” key and all water valves worked and directed the water to PREWASH/BLEACH/MAIN(C) and MAIN(H) hoses through their respective selection positions. It seems like there is no issue with WATER INLET VALVES. 2. I have run the FAULT CODE TEST also per TECH SHEET provided bu you. I noted everything came on the display screen and these numbers are as follow at different JOG DIAL location: 03, 22, 08, d. Are these some sort of error codes. Plaese describe and advise me what to do next.
  • Hi. These do not appear to be any error codes. I do recall seeing something similar in the diagnostic mode on these washers. It may be displaying the software codes. IT sounds like you entered the fault code mode correctly. There may not be any error codes. Have you tried the normal cycle again? Does it fill with water now? Try unplugging to reset as well. If it still has trouble the only thing left I can think of would be the User interface. Not common, but possible.
