It’s easy to paint over an ugly wall color, or even cover up that rickety floor with a rug, but what about your ice box over there—aka your refrigerator? While we have discussed paneling your fridge, and even turning it into a functional chalkboard, this isn’t always the most ideal DIY project if you’re renting or if you’re looking for something a little less permanent. No, you don’t have to be stuck with your plain white fridge any longer. Why not peel-and-stick wallpaper on your appliances (in this case, your refrigerator)? DIYer Peaches, blogger of Aunt Peaches, applied removable wallpaper right onto her refrigerator door for added interest, and a bold pop of color. You simply remove the door handles from the fridge door, peel-and-stick on the wallpaper, and you’re good to go. What’s great about removable wallpaper is how forgiving the adhesive is; when you’re sticking it on, you can reapply and adjust the paper to match perfectly to the seams. Plus, when you’re ready to move out, or for that change, you can easily peel off the wallpaper and go about your business like nothing ever happened. Also, the wallpapered texture is similar to that of contact paper and wallpaper, allowing you to wipe it down in the midst of cleaning. Hit the link below to check out the guide for more pictures.
